The Hands of Amun is an ancient artifact and ability item in Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy. They imbue Sphinx with the strength to push extremely heavy objects.

History Edit

Tutankhamen retrieved the hands in the Castle of Uruk and gave them to Bas-Ket. Sphinx then acquired them when Bas-Ket returned to Sun Shrine Island.

Trivia Edit

  • The Hands of Amun were named after the Egyptian god, Amun, who is believed to be a form of Ra.
    • The name "Amun" means hidden (in comparison, the Mummy's name, Tutankhamun means "Living Image of Amun)
  • The first use of the hands were at Great Wall Entrance III, with their next being inside Heliopolis Temple.
